Steady Algo Trading is operated by The Strategic Edge AI LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal data responsibly. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Account & Billing Data. Name, email address, payment method details (processed by our payment processor), subscription status, and transaction identifiers.
• Support & Communications. Emails or messages you send us; metadata such as time, IP, and device information.
• Usage & Analytics. Event data (e.g., page views, checkout clicks, video plays) via analytics tools; device/browser info; IP-derived region; cookies or similar identifiers.
• Affiliate/Referral Data. Referral codes or partner identifiers (e.g., Rewardful referral IDs), UTM parameters, and advertising click IDs (e.g., gclid, ttclid).

(We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; payments are processed by Stripe.)

• Provide the Service. Account creation, license generation (bound to your NinjaTrader® username), and customer portal access.
• Payments & Invoicing. Process subscriptions, detect fraud, and handle refunds/credits where applicable.
• Support & Operations. Troubleshooting, incident response, and service improvement.
• Analytics & Marketing. Measure site performance, understand usage, and run optional advertising/attribution campaigns.
• Legal & Compliance. Tax/audit records, enforcing Terms of Service, and meeting legal obligations.

We use reputable third parties to operate the service, for example:

• Stripe – payments & customer portal.
• Email delivery (e.g., SMTP provider) – deliver onboarding and support emails.
• Analytics / Ads – e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads (Consent Mode), TikTok Ads (if enabled), and affiliate tracking (e.g., Rewardful).
• Hosting & Infrastructure – web/app hosting and logging.

These vendors act as processors or independent controllers depending on context. We require appropriate security and confidentiality commitments from our vendors.

We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality (e.g., session, CSRF), analytics, and—if you opt in—ads/personalization. You can control non-essential cookies via our consent banner or your browser settings.

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations). We then delete or anonymize data.

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data. California residents may have additional rights (e.g., to know, delete, correct, limit, and to opt-out of certain sharing). We do not sell personal data.

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your systems up to date.

Our services target adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
